Disc Brake Troubleshooting
Squeaky disc brakes are caused by contamination (usually oil or grease) on the rotors and pads. Regardless of the brand of disc brake your bike has, the solution is the same. Below is what Hope Technologies recommends for getting rid of squealing brakes:

Remove the rotor and pads from the bike and wash them in hot water with normal dishwashing soap and allow to completely dry.
Lightly sand the pads with fine emery paper to remove any glazing or contaminated material.
Be sure to determine and repair the cause of the contamination before reassembling.
If the pads still squeal after following these steps, you will need new pads. The contamination has penetrated the pads so far that it will not be able to be removed.
